You thought maybe HBO had lost its edge, its cool?  It let Mad Men slip away.  Spielberg’s on a rival pay channel.  Hell, a show on DirectTV Channel 101 (Friday Night Lights) receives better reviews every week than any new drama HBO’s put out in a couple years. Then they drop $200 million + to bring you The Pacific.  David Simon’s coming back (with Freeman and The Bunk, no less)...

Sure When In Rome ranks as the most incompetent movie ever made, but Cop Out may be worse.  The fleeting seconds of enjoyability (i.e. Tracy Morgan’s occasionally funny bits) make the surrounding two hours even more excruciating.  Both movies are great testaments to the number of ways a movie can fail. Honestly, replacing all the guns in Cop Out with bananas would have only helped the whole...
